The vertical tower cultivation system, VegiTree Farm, achieves space-saving.

Five units installed in a vertical configuration! Comparing the cultivation efficiency of flat multi-layer and vertical systems on the same area.

The vertical tower-type cultivation system "Vege Tree" can grow 1.53 times more lettuce than the flat multi-layer system. In the flat multi-layer system, a flat shelf of 4000*800 produces 78 plants per layer, resulting in 156 plants for two layers. On the other hand, in the vertical system, if we use the same volume as the flat shelf with a diameter of 800 and a height of 1450, we would need to install 5 units, with each unit cultivating 6 plants vertically, totaling 48 plants. The overall harvest would be 240 plants, which is five times more. 【Comparison of Cultivation Efficiency】 <Flat Multi-layer System> ■Production per layer: 78 plants ■Total (2 layers): 156 plants <Vertical System> ■Production per unit: 48 plants ■Total (5 units): 240 plants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Vertical tower cultivation system: Share LEDs for energy savings!

1.84 times energy-saving effect! Comparing flat multi-stage and vertical electric energy.

The vertical tower-type cultivation system "Vege Tree" allows for 12 lettuce plants to grow under one LED due to the rotation of the lettuce. In a flat multi-layer tank measuring 4000*800, the total number of vegetables per layer is 78 plants. There are 12 LEDs, with each LED producing 6.5 plants. On the other hand, in a vertical system with a diameter of 800 mm and a height of 1450 mm, each unit can produce 48 plants. With 4 LEDs, each LED produces 12 plants, resulting in an energy-saving effect that is 1.84 times greater compared to the flat multi-layer system. 【Comparison of Electrical Energy】 <Flat Multi-layer System (2 layers)> ■ Number of lights: 24 ■ Total cultivation: 156 plants ■ Per light: 6.5 plants <Vertical System> ■ Number of lights: 20 ■ Total cultivation: 240 plants ■ Per light: 12 plants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Vertical Tower Cultivation System" contributes to the SDGs with the help of the sun.

Both planting and harvesting are very easy! Sunlight shines uniformly on all plants, eliminating inconsistencies in cultivation.

The vertical tower cultivation system "Vege Tree" has eight cultivation shafts arranged vertically that rotate slowly to the left. The difference in light intensity between the north and south is eliminated, allowing sunlight to shine uniformly on all plants, resulting in no uneven growth. The device has a footprint of 90 cm square and a height of 2.3 m, with the top of the vegetables positioned about 2 m above the floor. Even areas that are hard to reach can easily have the vertically extended cultivation shafts removed, making both planting and harvesting very simple. 【Features】 ■ Contributes to SDGs ■ Eight cultivation shafts arranged vertically that rotate slowly to the left ■ Eliminates the difference in light intensity between the north and south ■ The device has a footprint of 90 cm square and a height of 2.3 m, with the top of the vegetables positioned about 2 m above the floor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
